Moving to the Parks at West Bedford   is a trendy move.  It’s a
new community located in the triangle created in between
the 102, The Hammonds Plains  Rd  and the Larry Uteck Dr.
It is fair to say it’s like Toronto because it’s a  diverse community,
A regular melting pot of cultures.

A new community designed so you can walk to just about everywhere.
The new high school – Charles P Allen built in 2012.  The  BMO centre – Located right at the
entrance is an awesome facility with 4 NHL sized rinks!

Buying a home in the Parks at West Bedford

Moving to the Parks at West Bedford was designed so people could walk to work. There are 2 industrial Parks on
either side of West Bedford.  Walking trails going all directions are built into the park. Shopping
is just a 5 min drive up Larry Uteck dr.  The park designed for simplicity and is pretty much
located within a couple minutes commute to the 102 Highway for a jaunt to the city or if you
have to get to the airport (+- 15 mins).

It is literally right beside retirement village so it is ideal if you want to live close to a family
member, or if you work there.  High School Kids walk to school.

If you’re coming into the province and looking to be in an upscale, newer setting than
West Bedford may just fit. Close to Bayer’s Lake Park for everything imaginable.
